Travelvault ("we", "our", or "us") is a Customer Relationship Enhancer built for travel agents. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our mobile app, web portal, or website (collectively, the "Service").
Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and agency name. This is used to create and manage your account.
Client data you enter: You may enter information about your clients — names, contact details, travel history, passport and visa details, anniversaries, and birthdays. This data is stored under your account and is not shared with other users or third parties.
Usage data: We collect basic usage analytics (app opens, feature usage) to improve the Service. This data is aggregated and not linked to individual users.
Device token: If you enable push notifications, we store your device's Expo push token to send you daily reminders. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
Your data is stored on Google Firebase (Firestore database and Firebase Authentication), which is hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure in the asia-south1 region (Mumbai, India). Firebase provides industry-standard security including data encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
Access to your client data is restricted to your account only. Our platform administrators can access metadata (account status, support tickets) for operational purposes but do not have routine access to your client records.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app announcement at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
